Commitment to Serve

Clover Area Assistance Center (CAAC) is the central nonprofit service agency within the boundaries of the Clover School District that those with needs turn to and those with resources support.  If a person’s needs go beyond the scope of our programs, we utilize our ever-growing network of partners throughout York County to assist individuals in finding the help they need.

Services are provided through the time and talent of a small staff and a family of volunteers.  Our Full Choice Pantry is 100% dependent on the community for all product donations. Our “Keep It Local! Feed the Need in OUR Community” awareness campaign encourages keeping our local resources “local”, and was designed to ensure a steady flow of product donations throughout the year. Over 180 households benefit from our Full Choice Pantry monthly. We provide emergency financial assistance and a full range of dental services for uninsured adults through our Dental Clinic.

Clover Area Assistance Center is committed to helping people move from dependence to self-sufficiency by providing budgeting education and life skills information.  Client accountability is incorporated into our eligibility process, all of our services, and in our Living Basics Class (LBC) curriculum.
